How do I log an activity?
Tap the microphone on the Logger screen and say what you've been doing — Archon turns it into a time entry automatically. You can also tap the + button to add a log manually.
How do I edit or delete a log?
Swipe left on any entry in your timeline to edit or delete it.
How do reminders work?
Set your reminder schedule in Settings. Archon will nudge you to log your time, and you can respond by voice directly from the notification without opening the app.
How do I change or recolor a category?
Open Reports, tap a category, then edit its name, emoji, and color. Existing logs update automatically.
Does Archon use my Health data?
Only if you grant permission. Archon can read sleep and activity data from Apple Health to show you insights. It never writes to Health and never shares this data.
Is my data private?
Your data is tied to your account and encrypted in transit. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email to sync securely across devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at ashutoshpandey.developer@gmail.com from your account address and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.
